Shipping Insurance

By selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout, your order will be fully covered—up to $5,000—for loss, theft or damage during shipping. This means that if an issue occurs, we will handle the claims process on your behalf, ensuring a seamless resolution.

Coverage includes:

  • Full refund or replacement of damaged or missing items.
  • Assistance with return shipping for damaged items.

Note: Shipping Insurance is non-refundable.

What Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover

Please note that Shipping Insurance does not cover return or exchange shipping costs for undamaged items, such as when a customer changes their mind about a purchase.

Shipping Insurance only applies to loss, theft or damage that occurs during transit.

Without Shipping Insurance

For customers who opt out of Shipping Insurance, we will process claims under USPS’s standard coverage of up to $100. While we will manage the claims process for you, the reimbursement amount is limited by USPS’s policy.

Important: Claims exceeding USPS’s $100 standard insurance coverage will not be eligible for full compensation unless Shipping Insurance was selected at checkout.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Shipments

Regardless of whether you have Shipping Insurance, it is crucial to inspect your package upon arrival. Follow these steps to report an issue:

  1. Inspect the Package Immediately: Check for visible signs of damage upon delivery.
  2. Take Clear Photographs: Document the condition of the package and its contents, showing any damage.
  3. Report the Issue Promptly: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@rcaliph.com. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.


For Damaged or Broken Items:

  • Damaged items must be returned to us to process a refund or replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for insured shipments.
  • Once we receive the damaged item, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement promptly.
