Orders shipping within the United States will receive complimentary ground shipping. Orders should arrive within 3 - 5 business days, pending order approval.
Orders shippingΒ to a P.O. Box will receive complimentary ground shipping, pending order approval. Please note: Shipping to P.O. Boxes may increase processing times by up to two business days.

order after will take 1-2 business days, excluding weekends. Once your order has been fully processed, the shipping method you selected will be applied.

Without Shipping Insurance
For customers who opt out of Shipping Insurance, we will process claims under USPSβs standard coverage of up to $100. While we will manage the claims process for you, the reimbursement amount is limited by USPSβs policy.
Important: Claims exceeding USPSβs $100 standard insurance coverage will not be eligible for full compensation unless Shipping Insurance was selected at checkout.
Reporting Damaged or Missing Shipments
Regardless of whether you have Shipping Insurance, it is crucial to inspect your package upon arrival. Follow these steps to report an issue:

- Take Clear Photographs: Document the condition of the package and its contents, showing any damage.

For Damaged or Broken Items:
- Damaged items must be returned to us to process a refund or replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for insured shipments.
- Once we receive the damaged item, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement promptly.

Return & Exchange

- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning any product. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Once the returned product is received and inspected, any eligible refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our standard policies. Following are the conditions that apply to returns of products:
- Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner or that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to Company for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be returned to Company within 14 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking.
- You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. Upon receipt, Company will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
- Products must be returned with the original shipping box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice.
- Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
- Shipping is free. However, replacement products will have a shipping and handling charge of $12. Please note: All Sales are Final on Attars.
- Company will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. Company is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
- Only products purchased through the Website may be returned to Company in accordance with this return policy. Company products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
- Company reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.
- If approved, refunds will be issued only in the same form as was used for payment. If a returned product was purchased with an E-Gift Card, and a refund is approved, the recipient of the E-Gift Card will receive a new email with a new gift card code for the value of the updated balance, including any applicable refund amount. If a returned product was purchased with a voucher, and a refund is approved, the purchaser will be mailed a new voucher with the same expiration date as the original voucher, assuming not expired.
- Products with bottle engraving or medallion engraving are non-refundable. The company reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange these products.Β

- Free Returns for First-Time Customers: Your first return is on us, with a free return label. For returning customers, there is a $12 flat fee for return labels, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your unopened full-size bottle in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Trial-size vials are yours to keep.

- Free Gift Returns: If your order included a free gift due to a minimum purchase and your refund drops the total below the required threshold, the free gift must be returned unused. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Timeline: Returns initiated after 14 days of receipt are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit if the product is in acceptable condition.
- Product Condition: Only unopened, unused, and securely packaged items are eligible for a refund. Opened or damaged products may be subject to partial refunds or refusal.
Non-Refundable Items
- Rollerball Perfumes: Due to hygiene concerns, rollerball perfumes are non-refundable.
- Flash Sale Purchases: Products purchased during flash sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Exchanges are subject to a $10 processing fee. If the new product price differs, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
